PALM BEACH #4

Located in the Northern Beaches Suburb of Palm Beach this stunning home was completed transformed with every surfaced rebuilt from the inside out. This was predominately a dual residency timber framed and clad building however I brief including the complete removal of the timber framed structure and to replace this with concrete slabs. This was extremely challenging when we had to support the existing building and rebuild the new concrete forms with the existing structure. The result of this is a much more robust structure and given this was located on the beach in Pittwater the be building will be much more suited to this coastal environment.

No element of this house was left unconsidered with the best of finishes, fixture and fittings being used throughout. With Panoramah Windows imported from Portugal to the external Render imported from Italy, the level of finish in the house was second to none.

Teak decking was featured throughout this house with decks and the perimeter of the zero edge swimming pool lined with teak. The teak decking that lines the entry to the house was bordered by Corten Steel. Corten steel was used to frame the landscaping throughout creating a beautiful contract to the lush gardens and landscaping throughout.
